先来简单自我介绍下，我是一名研究员，目前在国外工作，同事和朋友都是外国人，同样工作中需要用英文写一些材料，日常工作交流上也是得用到口语，所以我也是不断在学口语，因为相比于英语所需的其他能力，口音其实相当于一张直白的社交名片，你一开口别人就会凭此了解你。
那么英语口语有多重要？从专业方面来说:
加拿大的传播学家马克佩尔认为:一个人的口音能真实地反映他的身份和特点，反映出他的母语和国籍。
他的研究表明有口音的人往往更少获得信任，这是人类在长期进化过程中形成的，因为人类有排异反应，对陌生事物和外界事物的怀疑，会导致产生这种“根深蒂固”的偏见。
真正学好英语的人往往口语也不会差，并且因为友好的无偏见交流环境，比只会说母语的人更多了一个世界！一口标准好听的发音和流利的口语，不仅有助于消除偏见，还会让你在这个“现实”的世界里，更加光彩夺目、过得行云流水。
一口标准好听的英语，就好像是一套得体的衣服、精致的打扮，是一张高级名片，你无需告诉对方你读过多少本英语原著、看过多少英语电影、懂多少语法，或者是掌握多少词汇，你一开口，就能给对方一种心理暗示，嗯，这个人英语不错。
而发音中式、口语蹩脚，就好像是顶着个一个星期没洗的大油头、邋里邋遢去约会，在这个看颜值的时代，你没有“外在”，谁有兴趣了解你的“内在”啊！
从学习方面来说:
有助于词汇积累
背单词、背句子、背语法、做练习题都太枯燥，大大降低了对学习英语的兴趣。但从英语口语的角度切入英语学习，却是别有一番天地。对于有些不容易记住的单词，可以在口语练习中，将其放在语句和段落中进行记忆。同时，可以接触许多生词词句，丰富英语词汇量。
有助于提高口语表达及听的能力
英语口语的另一重要性在于可以帮助我们练习英语发音，在不断地练习中，帮助我们冲破心理障碍，变得更加自信。当我们对自己的语音、语调有自信后，才会更加乐于大声朗读或者朗诵英语，最终能够帮助我们提高英语口语表达能力和听的能力。

英语口语训练，有助于培养语感。当我们融入到英语口语的学习中时，会发现自身英语能力，英语思维都在不断进步。这都得益于英语口语的学习，因为口语通过视听结合的方式，帮助我们记忆语言结构，帮助英语语感的养成。
从我们的职场工作角度来说:
英语口语不好的学生或者求职者，往往在第一关就错失了入场券。因为英语成绩不过关，简历直接被机器或者hr筛掉，连被面试官看到的资格都没有。每次找实习时，因为英语口语不流利，在面试时，开口的第一句话，你就被发了淘汰卡。所以，对很多人来说，一句“英语不好”就有可能错失良机。
所以英语口语有多重要，大家看完我上面说的，我想也都知道英语口语的重要性了吧，既然知道了，那么该如何去学好英语口语又是让大家很疑惑的问题，其实我当初在学英语口语也是很疑惑，自己当初还在网上找过不少的英语口语学习办法，也试过下载很多英语口语app，但最后还是没有什么效果，最大的原因我觉得是没有很好地去了解英语口语，我来给大家说下我了解到的:
我认为想要说流利的英语，就得提高英语口语，而想要提高英语口语就得学会英语口语中的内容和逻辑，也就是英语思维，如图:
学英语口语最重要的是内容和逻辑，也就是英语思维，这要比发音重要一万倍。一个残酷的事实是，很多人英语学到最后，不能开口的最根本原因，并不仅仅是因为“不敢说”，而是因为“无话可说”。很多人把太多的精力和时间投入在了“发音完美”，你在想什么呢？
如果你参加过一些口语考试（比如雅思），你会清楚的知道，评价一个人的口语是否良好，首先是看内容是否充实，逻辑是否清楚；其次语法是否正确，用词是否恰当；再者是流利程度，最后语音、语调是否正确，口齿是否清楚；语音的作用只占其中的很小一部分；而语音作用之中，口音作用所占的比例又是很小很小的一部分。口音本身几乎并不影响良好的沟通。
而思考能力、组织能力、文字理解能力和足够的知识储备这些最最重要的东西，被大家都抛在了脑后；就算你口音地道又怎么样？若是你缺乏基本常识，谁愿意跟你只是打打招呼聊聊天气而后就不知所云？
这时有一位专业的外教来辅导口语是非常重要的，比自己摸索、反复听自己口语的录音有效率得多，因为可以非常高效地解决互动性和实时性。
市面上英语口语培训机构普遍存在着两种外教老师，一是菲教；二是欧美外教。正好我两种类型的外教老师都体验过，给大家做个总结吧:

欧美外教老师从小就在纯英语的环境下成长，也受到高等教育的培养，对于英语发音以及英语水平各方面都有一定的优势，也更加专业。我每天也是不断去试听一些英语口语培训机构，对比很多家，我始终觉得有一家是做的很不错，这家在英语口语补习行业中也是口碑挺不错的。我在网上也看到了一些学过的人对这家的评价，大家可以看下:
