原来在某节目中，几位嘉宾坐在一起聊天时，回忆起往事。窦骁问吴奇隆：
“其实那天你在车上跟我说你只是怀念你的朋友，我其实当时想问，但我没好意思问，跟你一起走过这条路的朋友，那他们现在人呢？”

听到窦骁的问题，吴奇隆先是沉默，而后突然哽咽，忍不住抱头痛哭。
吴奇隆这种突然间的大哭，英语一般说：burst into tears。
burst?/b??st/?意思是“（使）爆炸、爆发”，尤指短促而突然地增加、迸发。和同样表示“爆炸、爆发”的explode, erupt相比，burst更强调爆炸能量的突然释放和力量的突然迸发。
burst?经常与介词into连用，表示“突然开始…”，比如：
burst into song
突然开始唱歌
burst into laughter
突然大笑起来
burst into?tears则是“突然大哭/痛哭”。吴奇隆这种突然奔溃哭起来的情况，用burst into tears来描述就很到位了。
举个例子：
much to my surprise，wu qilong?suddenly burst into tears.?
令我非常惊讶的是，吴奇隆突然大哭起来。
另外，关于“突然哭起来”也可以说break down。
break down除了指（机器）故障、（关系）瓦解、（系统）奔溃，还尤指人在公共场合忍不住大哭了起来。
举2个例子：
wu?qilong?broke down in tears when he heard what dou xiao said.
zuijie broke down and cried?when she heard the news.
一阵当众痛哭后，渐渐平复情绪的他缓缓说要“珍惜”。
很多人猜测吴奇隆这一番情绪失控，是在为小虎队伤感，为在不知不觉中渐行渐远的两个朋友而落泪，特别是陈志朋。

后来由于陈志朋入伍、苏有朋上大学等原因，小虎队历经了解散、再组合和最后的单飞。
单飞后的吴奇隆，专注演戏事业如日中天；苏有朋拍电影上综艺，也是如鱼得水。唯独陈志朋，差强人意。
艺人天赋最高的陈志朋长相酷似张国荣，有段时间因刻意地模仿张国荣而迷失了自己。
成年人间最残酷的真相莫过于：友谊的维系，往往根植于彼此的优异。
当朋友间彼此的差距拉开了，很多东西就变得不对等，朋友圈也随之改变，而弱势的一方内心变得更为敏感，到最后甚至悄然主动退出，不好意思、也不愿意一起玩了。
于是，曾经的好朋友，终以各自忙碌的工作和生活为由，不再频繁联络，就此疏远……

【近义辨析】real, genuine, true, actual, factual都有“真的，真实的，实在的”的意思，区别是：
real: 普通用词，含义较广，有时可与actual和genuine换用。指一切真实的或表面看不出虚假的事物。
genuine: 普通常用词，指真正的，货真价实的，强调非人为或非虚假的。
true: 指同实际情况或标准完全一致。口语中多用。
actual: 指事物的实际存在，并非出自主观臆造。
factual: 与actual同义，但更测重根据事实，不扩大或缩小，不渲染。
